Park operations for Ontario towns

Every park checked.
Every shift on record.

Park Patrol runs your parks staff's day from their phone — washrooms, garbage, playgrounds and splash pads on a timeline — and files a PDF report when the shift ends. The office sees the day as it happens.

Your town's name and colours, the real app, and the report your staff would file. Takes a minute, no account needed.

Move between tabs and tap tiles — this is how a shift actually runs.

This one works — tap a check, switch tabs, end the shift.

What it does

The paper checklist, the radio call and the end-of-day write-up — one app.

Built with a parks department that runs real patrols on it every day. Nothing here is a mock feature.

  • Every check, on a timeline

Washrooms, garbage, playgrounds, splash pads, sports fields — each park's checks are laid out through the shift, and a tap marks one done.

  • Spaced the way the town wants

Set how often each kind of facility needs eyes on it. The app schedules the round; staff follow it instead of remembering it.

  • Photos and notes, in the record

A broken latch, a full bin, graffiti — a photo and a line of text go on the shift, timestamped, and end up on the report.

  • A PDF report files itself

When a shift ends, a signed report with every check, note and photo is generated and waiting in the office. Nobody types it up.

  • Schedule staff, see who's out

Plan shifts on a calendar, hand them to workers or supervisors, and watch the day's progress from a desk.

  • Keeps working without signal

Parks are where the signal isn't. Checks are saved on the phone and sent when it comes back, so a shift never stalls.

  • Lights and rentals

Field lights on and off, rental sheets scanned in from the phone, all against the same shift record.

  • A public status page

Residents can see what's open and when it was last checked — from a sign in the park, no app to install.

In the office

The whole town's day, from a desk.

Who's out, what's been checked, what's still to do. Schedule the week on a calendar, pull any shift's report, and manage staff without a spreadsheet.

  • Today's shifts and their progress at a glance
  • Shifts and reports on a calendar, by day
  • Every finished shift's PDF, ready to send
  • Workers, supervisors and admins, with the right access each
